THE CIRCLE
THE CIRCLE
The Circle is a grassroots communication plan designed to connect an 18-county area across Northeast Georgia.
Our mission is to bring together individuals, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and businesses to share events, resources, and opportunities that strengthen our communities.

OUR PROGRAM OF WORK
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Workforce development support goes hand-in-hand with AthensAchieves! AthensAchieves! is a community-wide workforce development plan between business, industry, education, and local government to provide a pipeline of skilled workers to the current and future employment market.
-
Through Hope Works, a curriculum and social services employment support program, we aim to assist adults' transition and remain in the work force. The Hope Works curriculum combines activities of vocational skills training, employer connections, and mental health counseling to provide direct soft skills coaching and interactive observation.
THE LOOP
"The Loop" is a newsletter regularly distributed to those who subscribe. Our goal is to have business owners, nonprofits, faith-based institutions, and families to stay connected and share their events with the community.
A.B.C CIRCLE
A.B.C. Circle is where the Area’s Black Clergy and other faith-based leadership connected to discuss cross-collaborate to provide services to the 2 community. These confidential sessions will allow for peer-to-peer support with the guidance and consultants.
VIRTUAL MEETINGS
Virtual Meetings are where organizations and individuals connect, develop, market and educate. This session doubles as an informational session to keep pace with upcoming events, needs and business opportunities across multiple county lines. The virtually 30-45 minutes allows for networking among organizations on a regular basis and exposure to potential collaborative projects. As additional volunteers step up to lead, we will create niche business resource groups (i.e. AdabtABILITIES, Faith-based, Re-entry Support, B2B, Eco-Friendly, Remote Connections, Military Veterans, Women, Real Estate, Food Services, Young Professionals, and more).
